● Commitment to 1-8-MORTGAGES: Only month-to-month with a 60-day written termination provision.
Our Marketing Agreement has some nice protective features for you as well. To wit: (1.) We can only raise our fees
10% or less annually…if at all; and (2.) Should we ever desire to sell 1-8-MORTGAGES (very unlikely), the acquiring
company must protect and continue your licensing rights. You can invest in our power number safely!
● Licensing Fees: Your monthly licensing fee will depend upon the markets you license, the number of area codes
within these markets and the number of 3-digit prefixes within the area codes. Some area codes have as few as 30

● Telephone Line Charges: You are responsible for the toll charges for all calls you receive at the nominal rate of
5.0 cents per minute (compare to 6.9 cents, 9 cents and 13 cents at our competitors!). You will be billed for these
charges via direct debit of your credit card through our telephone service provider.
● Marketing Agreement: We are determined to protect your long-term interests in the 1-8-MORTGAGES phone
number as is reflected in this Marketing Agreement. It sets forth all the terms of our association. We’re looking for
Mortgage Brokers and Bankers who are experienced, committed to the business long-term, and willing to market and
do a modicum of advertising in their markets. The more our Network Partners promote 1-8-MORTGAGES actively on
